Ringke Official Store Return Policy

 

We take great pride in our products and hope you are delighted with your purchase from RingkeStore.com. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and will issue a full refund (minus the shipping fee) if the item is in a resalable condition. 

Returned products must not be damaged, in the same condition as when it was first delivered, and in the original box and/or packaging. Once your order is received at our warehouse, the amount paid for the returned item will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days of return delivery. The original shipping fee may not be refunded. 

  • Only items purchased directly from RingkeStore.com will be eligible for return. If the customer has purchased Ringke-branded products from a different authorized reseller, please contact them for their own refund / return policies. Our policies cannot cover orders and products that have been purchased from different channels or websites. 
  • All returns must be undamaged, in the original condition, and contain all original contents. Otherwise, a minimum 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the total refund.

  • Some exceptions will be made for Screen Protectors and Accessories. For further assistance, please contact Customer Support for return assistance.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, except in the circumstances where we or the manufacturer were at fault (such as manufacturing defect or wrong item sent due to our error).
  • Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in the condition where the company was at fault (such as manufacturing defect or wrong item sent due to our error).
  • Refunds will be applied to original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to be reflected on your statement.
  • Special orders cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective. This includes pre-order items.
  • We recommend that you insure your return package is sent with delivery tracking and confirmation as Ringke cannot be help responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Warranty

We are happy to offer our customers a 90-day warranty for any defective products that were purchased from our store. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page for more details regarding our warranty.
Ringke Store takes full responsibility for the original condition of the product received. Please let us know if you have received any item that is or may be potentially defective by contacting our Customer Support Representative at help@airlandinc.com 


Ringke Limited Warranty

Ringke Store and its affiliated companies worldwide warrant Ringke products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the Warranty Period). Ringke does not warrant and is not responsible for smartphones or other devices made by anyone other than Ringke. If a material or workmanship defect arises concerning any Ringke product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Ringke will (i) repair the Ringke product using new or refurbished parts or (ii) replace the Ringke product with a new or refurbished Ringke product. For purposes of this limited warranty, refurbished means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications. In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies. Once Ringke receives your returned Product, Ringke will evaluate your claim (typically within 7-10 business days) to determine whether the returned Product does not conform to this limited warranty. If Ringke determines that there is no trouble found with your returned Product or the returned Product is not eligible for warranty service, Ringke will ship the Product back to you, at Ringke expense. If Ringke determines that there is a warranted defect in the Product, Ringke will, at its option, remedy the defect as set forth below in this limited warranty. Ringke is not liable for Products that are damaged or lost in transit to Ringke. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Ringke via a traceable shipment method. Domestic customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Customers located outside of the USA, are responsible for all shipping costs.

Please note: Our warranty covers one replacement case, which does not have a warranty and cannot be refunded.


WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
  • Normal wear and tear caused by Product use
  • Damages made by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, or other abnormal usage.
  • Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • The Product that has been modified or altered
  • Any product that is not manufactured by Ringke (including, without limitation, any non-Ringke product that is used in connection with the Product)

Exclusions and Limitations

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Ringke expressly disclaims all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Ringke shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on this product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the product.

Ringke's Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-Ringke product; shipping or other costs associated with returning the product to Ringke; or incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This policy is only valid for initially defective problems. For example, if the product arrives chipped, broken, or ripped. Defects caused by any other incidents including installation failure, carelessness by the user, or damage caused by the user's actions cannot be applied for a warranty.

If the product came in a combo package, please note that we only replace the defective item and not the entire package. Also, this replacement will be good for a one-time replacement offer.

All Replacement will be shipped via Package Free Unit (PFU) to help reduce excess waste that can be harmful to the environment.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Consider purchasing tracking for your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Ringke cannot be responsible for items that are damaged or do not arrive at our warehouse.


Once we receive your returned item we will evaluate its condition and process your refund.
This process may take up to 7 business days.

*Any Returned Products that are not in Original Packaging, missing contents, or in USED condition are subject to a Minimum 20% Restocking Fee.

Disclaimer: Ringke is not responsible for any return postage fees unless it is a defective or incorrect item.

**We do not provide exchanges as all returns are automatically refunded.
