Terms and Conditions 

 

1. Contest Period

a.  The Ringke [#ShareYourRingke] Photo Contest begins at 12:00pm  Central Time (CT) on August 23, 2019, and ends at 11:59 pm CT on September 5, 2019. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.

     

    2. Eligibility

    a. The Contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years of age and over. Excluded from eligibility are the officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives of the company, and members of any immediate families of Ringke.

       

      3. How to Enter

      a. You must have a Ringke case for the Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10 Plus. All other case brands and device models will not be eligible for entry into this contest.

      b. Follow the Instagram Account @Ringke_Tech

      c. Submit a picture of the Ringke brand case for the Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10 Plus using your official Instagram Account.

      i. Include the hashtag [#ShareYourRingke] into the tagline of the entry  post.

      ii.Your account must be open and viewable to the public.

         

        4. Prizes

        a. There is a limit of one Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive the Samsung Galaxy Buds - Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds in White and Ringke Galaxy Buds Case.

        i. Approximate retail value of the Prize is USD $129.99. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. The prize cannot be substituted for any other product. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other color.

        b. All participants of the contest will receive (one) prize from the following selection: Ringke Air Vent Car Mount, Ringke Slot Card Holder (Clear), Ringke Flip Card Holder Band (Charcoal Black), Ringke USB Type-C Cable, and Ringke Galaxy Buds Case.

        i. There is only one Prize per person/household.
        ii. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash or otherwise. The prize cannot be substituted for any other product. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other color.

           
          5. How to Win

          a. Upload a picture of a Ringke case for the Galaxy Note 10 or Galaxy Note 10 Plus onto your Instagram (for more details, please refer to “How to Enter”). After the end of the contest is announced, we will conduct a survey to choose the winner of the contest. Each judge is appointed by the Sponsor and will apply an unbiased review of each image.

          b. The Grand Prize Winner of the contest will be announced on September 13, 2019 through the Instagram Direct Messaging system from the Instagram Account @ringke_tech. 

             

            6. Prize Claim Conditions

            a. In order to be declared the Grand Prize Winner, the selected entrant must:

            i. Respond to notification of selection within five (5) business days of first contact.

            ii. Provide the full and accurate shipping address located within the United States of America

            iii. The Winner’s name and Instagram Handle Name will be announced on our Official Website and our Instagram Media Timeline.

             b. All Participants will be contacted between September 16, 2019 and September 20, 2019. In order to receive your Prize of Participation, the entrants must:

            i. Respond to notification of selection within five (5) business days of first contact.

            ii. Provide the full and accurate shipping address located within the United States of America

             

            7. Right to Void & Modify

            a. Ringke reserves the right to suspend or modify the #ShareYourRingke Contest within the time of the contest duration without notice or obligation.

            b. Any attempt to tamper or undermine the operation of this Contest will be seen as a violation of the Official Rules and all violators will be automatically disqualified from entry.

             

            8. General Conditions

            a. Final entries will be recorded once the contest ends. Any posts made between the start of the contest and the end of the contest will not be counted as an entry if they are deleted, missing the necessary information, or violating the Terms and Conditions of the contest.

            b. Usage of the hashtag [#ShareYourRingke] grants Ringke the right to modify and repost entries into Ringke Official Instagram page (@ringke_tech).

            c. The loss, damage, and delay of prizes is not the responsibility of Ringke, and any rewards earned from the Ringke Contest cannot and will not be refunded nor replaced under any means.

             

            9. Limitation of Liability and Releases

            a. BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, ALL ENTRANTS REPRESENT THEIR COMPLIANCE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VIOLATIONS TO THE RULES OF THE CONTEST. ANY ABUSE OR INFRINGEMENT OF THE ABOVE AND FOLLOWING GUIDELINE WILL RESULT IN THE DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRY AND THE VIOLATOR WILL FORFEIT THEIR RIGHT TO ACCEPT ANY PRIZES OR RECOGNITION. ALL ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RINGKE, INC. AND INSTAGRAM, INC. CANNOT BE HELD CULPABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES AS A RESULT OF ENTRY TO THIS CONTEST.

             

             10. Privacy Policy

            a. All personal details provided by entrants will be recorded into Ringke systems. However, the distribution of entrant’s personal information is strictly prohibited by Ringke’s Privacy Policy, unless stated otherwise within these rules.
